The fight against climate change is won or lost at the local and regional levels. African-led organizations are on the front lines of climate adaptation, yet many face systemic challenges that limit their reach and impact. In this project, we committed to fortifying the foundational strength of these crucial entities. This initiative recognizes that sustainable, culturally relevant, and scalable adaptation requires strong, high-performing African leadership.
